Florida Dispensary Partners with Topical Products Company Mary’s Medicinals

Liberty Health Sciences and Mary’s Medicinals have entered into an exclusive license deal. Mary’s Medicinals is allowing Liberty Health Sciences to produce and distribute topical/transdermal products throughout Florida. Mary’s is an industry leader in topical medical marijuana products.

Mary’s products are in about 1,000 dispensaries throughout five states, according to Wealth Daily. Liberty Health Sciences is expanding quickly in Florida. Liberty may take a financial hit if Aphria (another company in an agreement with Liberty) is de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange, but the hit shouldn’t prevent Liberty from continuing to grow and provide products to Florida medical marijuana patients.

A timeline for Mary’s Medicinals products to be available in Florida has not been provided. It may take a few months to get operations in order, product manufactured and delivered to dispensaries to begin offering the topical products to patients.
